Kim V. Colaprete and Chavi M. Hohm of Team Diva Real Estate have a deep passion for the Pacific Northwest. The Washington landscape is awe-inspiring and deserves to be shared with a wider audience. Team Diva launched Backcountry Diva to offer an outlet for our urban clients who are either selling or looking to buy a home, a cabin or land in rural Washington. We want all our clients to receive the same high level of service they expect from Team Diva, regardless of where they are buying or selling. We have also made connections with other top agents across the state to ensure our clients get consistent and seamless service.
Kim has been a Realtor in the Seattle market for over ten years with Coldwell Banker Bain. She is a licensed Associate Broker and has achieved her Certified Residential Specialist certification. In addition, Kim has been honored at Coldwell Banker Bain with their President Circle Award and was chosen by Seattle Magazine as a “Five Star” real estate agent 5 years in row. Kim is the Realtor people choose when they want someone who is smart, experienced and market savvy. Kim also gives back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors at FIUTS (Friendship and International Understanding Through Students.)
Chavi joined the Team Diva in 2008 and leads the team in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Chavi has years of experience in retail design, renovation and construction for companies like Washington Mutual Bank and Starbucks Coffee Company. Chavi has a sharp understanding of market conditions and methods to ensure the broadest and best exposure for all our listings. Her background in construction management also provides an excellent resource for clients in search of fixers or investment properties. Currently, Chavi serves as President of the Board for Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Backstage Pass group.
